Download the Nebula and OrbitVerb trials for Mac

Download

Each download is the full plug-in with a 14-day trial. The same installer becomes the full version when you enter a licence key, so there is nothing to reinstall. One installer each puts the Audio Unit, the VST3 and a standalone app in the right places. macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon and Intel.

Nebula Orchestra pack

Real recorded instruments for Nebula: an upright piano, timpani, an orchestral percussion kit with bass drum, snares, cymbals and more, glockenspiel, tubular bells, marimba, harp, string sections, horns, trumpets, trombones, tuba, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and a church organ. Seventy-five instruments with loudness layers and alternate takes, about 2.3 GB. The recordings are the VS Chamber Orchestra Community Edition by Versilian Studios, released into the public domain, with their instrument maps.

Nebula-Orchestra-1.0.zip 1.71 GB, SHA-256 01d34d3fb3948f16...
Unzip it into ~/Library/Application Support/Nebula/Packs/ (in Nebula: LOAD, Install a pack, opens that folder), then choose Sample or Grain on an oscillator and press LOAD to pick an instrument, or open the Orchestra bank.

Installing

Open the .pkg and follow the installer. It needs your Mac password once to copy into the system plug-in folders.
Open Live. If it does not see the new plug-in, go to Settings, Plug-Ins, and press Rescan.
Drop Nebula on a MIDI track or OrbitVerb on an audio track. Push shows the main knobs on the first page.
When you buy, the key arrives by email. Click the TRIAL button in the plug-in header, paste the key, press Activate. Done, on up to three Macs.

Early release note. These first builds are not yet signed with Apple, so macOS says it could not verify the installer is free of malware. Press OK, then open System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll down to the line saying the Nebula installer was blocked, and press Open Anyway. The installer then runs normally. Signed builds are coming and this note will go.
